- Attend to customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- Provide consultation and conduct site visits for inspection; meet clients, understand their needs, and propose suitable solutions.
- Carry out online marketing through multimedia channels for product promotion.
- Manage the company website and social media platforms.
